Michigan Voice is a state-based collaboration formed to improve long-term coordination and communication among 501(c)(3) civic and voter engagement organizations in Michigan. The collaboration’s nonpartisan mission is to engage traditionally underrepresented and marginalized communities (people of color, single women, youth, and low-income individuals) in the democratic process to create a more accessible, inclusive, and representative government. The Michigan Voice collaboration works to reduce bias and discrimination and increase diversity and inclusion.
